Look at what other similar homes are selling for in that neighborhood and bring this one up to that level, but not beyond…maybe ever so slightly to make it enticing, but not over the top.Best of luck!

This is creating a lot of opportunity for us by putting skilled workers into the labor force who otherwise would have never left their cushy state jobs.As for other perks....We aren't at the level of being able to offer health insurance unfortunately.   

Once you get everything done ask the electric company to install an surge protector on the meter box which is like $200 bucks, than get level two surge protection on the panel box inside.

By the time we got to that level, it was getting a little busier (and we had enough income to start quitting our corporate day jobs, but still nothing we couldn't handle (recognizing the amount of gain we were getting from it).

You will find different companies providing different levels of service with these four areas.So, it comes down to how much help you need or want.Some companies are down right unscrupulous and are mostly looking to make money off of you (from you). 

Being able to flip in this area now just show's the high levels of appreciation thats been occurring in recent years. 

I guess it's also worth looking at what's happening in the economy on a macro level - energy prices are on the rise (in some regions they are at an all time high already).

They'll look at the experience level of all guarantors in the business. 2 might work, give them a call and see.
