I recently read in Malcolm Gladwell's book "The Tipping Point" (pg72) that "what separates a great salesman from an average one is the number & quality of the answers they have to the objections  commonly raised by potential clients" or sellers in our case.  

I would advise using a primer then painting though there are paints out that combine both I don't know if they make that in a flooring paint.If you just want to scrape and try to go over it, Test an out of the way spot away from the furnace area.

Anybody know of good individuals at raising capital in Miami (private placement or otherwise) for a great project in Miami Beach that I have under contract, with great upside potential?

They haven't raised our property taxes but every once in a while they try & come see the quality of work.

If you bought one of those, I recommend lowering deductibles now and raising coverage to the limits!

Im born and raised in pottstown but have been focusing on other markets such as allentown and phoenixville which have really became hot spots.

I was born in Bellflower, CA and I have been raised in the Los Angeles and the 562 area.

And it turns out THAT was just raised to that with a new lease signed last month!
