I'm an executive creative director in advertising, having done agency life for 25+ years.

Whether it’s the revitalization of West Louisville, which includes a nearly billion-dollar, twenty-year redevelopment plan, or the growing inventory of homes in the region, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.

I did this earlier in the year with a local bank who were running a special fixed rate until next year May.

My wife and I are 28  year olds, living in Southern California and we are starting to create our financial freedom portfolio in real estate.  

Have had some experience real estate investing (1 house hack and 2 rentals) but took a break this past year. 

We are hoping to purchase a multifamily property by the end of the year.

I do plan to purchase more rental properties within the next 10 years (including commercial strip malls), and also hoping to pay off my primary residence within 10 years.
