Anyone know of someone that can replace a bathtub and surround that services Easton, PA?

So I guess if there is anyone out there that has any tips for me in reaguards to wholesaling/ in the spokane,WA and surrounding areas so that I maybe successful I am so eager and willing to listen and learn.

What I’m trying to do is buy all surrounding homes because I believe my city is next in terms of the potential increase in value.Bought my home for $240k 3 bed 2 bath (rounding)  there’s a 3 family literally right around the corner for $380k with 7 beds.

I am looking to buy a few rental properties in north DFW area, that meets 1% rule. Also am looking forward to meeting agents, lenders both conventional and hard money and  investors to network with.  

The tenant side of things is very important to me, right now my infrastructure is fine on the backend for me but they have no way to login and see their balance or pay their rent as I pull everything from them versus them pushing it to me.

Hire a competent EXPERIENCED Multi-family Architectural firm with an infrastructure (internally and reliable contractor contacts) in place to make the job happen.Step 2. 

Does anyone know how this may impact the price/value of any of the property in the surrounding neighborhoods?

It might be just because of the people I surround myself with, but the vast majority of the people I talk with that are doing syndication are under 40 years of age.

I've noticed that the deals we are wholesaling to investors in Huntsville as well as some of the surrounding submarkets are mostly BRRRR strategy deals, which of course end up being buy in holds with little to no money in the deal after 6 months.
