So, it's a bit limited and not as well-rounded as one might like.Also, FB does NOT have local investor communities or support groups.

I want to know the numbers that support my assertion that TX has both income and job growth.

This is by far the best place to start your investing education and get the support and encouragement to make it happen.I also highly recommend the myinreia.com meetups.

In this case, you are paying for the plan documents (the trust), and if you work with a quality firm, some kind of ongoing access to guidance and support so that you can be aware of the IRS rules as they relate to real estate investments.
