It's pretty hard to keep track with all the different platforms, offerings, websites, and their track record.

I have tried Cozy and TenantCloud's free online platforms last January and was not impressed with the accounting functions and returned to Excel. 

You are doing a service to that neighborhood by coming in, fixing up a house currently occupied by a deadbeat and providing suitable housing for a nice family that will come in and purchase or rent the home.Your actions will cause the housing value of neighbors to go up, thus creating wealth for other people and hopefully eventually leading to further gentrification of the neighborhood.Capitalism works.

I began Bigger Pockets in September, however, I slowly started to realize the amount of value this platform has to offer!

I am new to this platform and seems there are a lot of knowledgeable professionals willing to share information and business strategies.

I'd much rather have a large real estate portfolio that I can control than to sell a bunch of different products on a platform I have no control over. 

Buy the most suitable deals for each market.

The initial home could be built, lets say maybe with a car-port that had footings suitable for a future building.

Having  them put their lot number on the deposit slip has been the only challenge.We also have Cozy.com availble if they want to use an online platform.

I am currently looking at using either Tenant Cloud or Rentec Direct as a property management software platform.
