I can't change the past but I STRONGLY suspect that we would have begun eviction immediately if the pm had let us know hadn't been able to collect the remainder of the deposit. 

I just recently talked with a realtor who is renting out a lakefront property on a weekly basis, and finding a great deal of success doing that, much as they do in strong tourist areas such as the west coast of Michigan, but is doing it right there in Brighton somewhere.

They are both strong cash flow markets but also have solid economic and demographic fundamentals.

Do you think GC's have different styles or is it fair to say that most don't like to be micro-managed?

Stable markets with strong rent/value.

@Kayla Wong I would strongly suggest you establishing a Corporate Entity such as a S Corp or a LLC.
