People who had bought more house than they could afford, or whose circumstances changed when the economy went south, lost their homes because they could not afford to pay their mortgages.

If you want to befriend them you have to become one of them. drink red bulls, rent a big screen from Arron's, buy a new glass pipe from the corner store and suck hard.

I bought my (first) house in 2016, a 4/3 single family residence in Indian Harbour Beach.

The last week of August, one of my tenants bought an RV and parked it on the driveway (they already have a Hyundai and a jeep).

It wasn't a brand new vehicle, but in great condition and probably only a few years old. 

I've found that for tile, the big box retailers Lowes and HD have a smaller selection from what's on display but are much cheaper than the specialty stores for a similar quality of flooring.
