I'm keeping a couple free checking business accounts; I'm a self employed web developer so that has its account and then the property investing, the other account.Yeah, fees suck and I had a great blowup with my local bank where they charged me 28 bucks because they couldn't get their deposit dates straight.

I am creating a course on RV parking investing (glamping, destination parks, extended stay parks, and development).

This sounds great, I just started investing in the US (and a few challenges have already popped up), so would love to meet and hear from you @Marco Santarelli and @Cal Ewing and others who are already active in that market.

I started out on Stessa when it was free.

In the meantime I will be continuing to look for the first one to get started!

I definitely recommend checking some of the real estate meetups in the area (there are plenty to choose from) to start getting connected with people in similar spots and to find resources to help.Happy to answer any questions you might have.

Just curious to see how people in this community started when venturing into the land and new construction aspect of investing.
