I am curious to understand why new development or even rehabs aren't being pre-wired for internet or smart home setups?

Was getting pre approved for my personal home a smart, or bad decision, considering I may purchase properties to BRRRR?

Even triple net arrangements and investing in diversified funds requires work up front to pick the right investment and a certain degree of education to even get to the point of making a smart decision. 

And they’re smart for it.

I am not inclined to do business with PMs that are not leveraging the power of technology to gain efficiencies. 

Wrote a thorough review which inspired guesty to refund the 1k+ 'onboarding fee', and they had to beg me to take my money back and remove the review, then they tried to take a % of all my future sales that had ever been listed on their platform... had to repeat the process, got that money back, and never removed the purely honest but devastating review on them.Then I found smart BNB, automated nearly 90% of my communications, including upcharges for pets and early checkins... just about everything... their software is a dream for STRs.   

The reason I signed with them was the flexibility, technology and virtual cloud based platform they provide.

Such as the entire electrical platform had to be updated due to increased use of technology.

If she's a smart lady she would realize that your hard-earned money, is best spent on your future, in Real Estate. 

I want to be smart with the minimal cash that I have and make sure that I am buying a great deal to protect myself.
