We've been involved with several continuing education organizations over the years.

Most of these sights (1) are run by tech guys with no real estate or investment experience (2) the real estate or financial analysts, underwriters or managers they hire are relatively low paid, limited experienced professionals without the ability, skill or knowledge to competently evaluate a commercial deal (3) if the site itself is an “intermediary” then most of the sponsors are also new, inexperienced, and only their least attractive investment offerings end up on theses sites.I’ve been syndicating real estate investments and real estate note investments as a sponsor since 2001.

@Bill PlymouthGood points but there is a lot of competition for skilled Realtors—so walk softly and build trust first.

I am definitely a newbie when it comes to any type of construction or repairs, as of today, but I will certainly aim to harness that skill.

Low-paid, low-skilled workers primarily occupy the lower-cost properties in Las Vegas.

Actually one contracting company is incorporated whereas the other G.C is organized as a simple sole proprietorship.

The person must possess the following: relevant real estate experience, empathy,  organizational skills, and integrity.
