And your preaching to the choir If I never have to talk to another tenant or PM in my life I will be a happy camper brain drain to me is not worth being in that business.. but that's just me and I know this site is heavy to landlords I understand that.

Hey ladies and gentlemen, I dont post much but stay active on the site and podcasts. 

I was more thinking automated identical posts to all channels. fB , cl, rental sites , real estate sites, etc.

Those will serve you better.

I've roamed around the site and the forums a couple weeks now, even commented here and there, but have not formally introduced myself.

I have tried but their site is really buggy and support is nonexistent.

If you don’t  know their new address their old address (your rental) is where you send the demand letter and have them served.

This is a great site to network and learn the ins and outs of real estate.
