I've been reading about the pros & cons of self directed IRAs, and looking to see if anyone has a recommendation for an expert that is familiar with the differences between a company based SEP IRA self-directed and standard SDIRA, if there are any differences.

So in my self-education on notes, of course learning about that the interest portion of payments are taxes as normal income (assuming no self-directed IRA situation).

Plus I do open house showing to let the prospective tenants see it in person, meet them etc, and start taking application....harder to do when its not cleaned up and basically really close to move in readyBottom line is to have the turnover be as quick as possible
