I just forward the email to any applicant that wants it. they print it off, fill it out scan and email it back or take a photo of it filled out and send it back along with copy of their ID..

You should treat your tenants with respect and dignity. 

Andy,I think it might be time you set a date for a meeting with them, and have some photo's ready to show of the damage of the storm door, and yard, print them off and give them a copy.

I'd love to see photos of the interior!

And, so far, the 2 families who've rented it have been very respectful of the house, keeping it up better than most renters.  

The neighbors at the last location weren’t thrilled that we were keeping it a STR but they have been respectful.  

For me this has been a wonderful place to invest, esecially during the last 2 years but I certainly respect your view.There is a lot going on regarding downtown Clearwater, like the new theater, the aquarium and the marina and lots of real estate projects. 

Just over 9% of the population have a diagnosible personality disorder and many more, while not disordered to the point of a diagnosis, are just "difficult" people-- they have "entitlement issues" they will always be disappointed because no one ever gives them the respect they think they are due.

I respectfully instruct and train tenants not to call and instead send the requests online.
