For me the challenging aspect is someone that1) Disregards the HOA rules2) Refused to wait on an opening to abide by the HOA rules on rentals, so attempted to circumvent the HOA rules with a bs roommate agreement while living in FL3) Then sues the HOA for enforcing the rulesThis is not at all like forgetting to pay for a slurpee, this is like walking into a 7-Eleven forgetting your wallet, then being upset when told you can not have a slurpee for free, refusing to acknowledge that the clerk said you can't just take it because forgot your wallet, then suing the 7-Eleven when they charge you with theft.I hope you have great success in life, but your inability to recognize that you are mostly (completely?)

Thanks, but unfortunately I can't do UPS as they will recognize it's not a physical address (UPS is good enough for mail forwarding and/or mailing address).

Recognizing when one is being targeted doesn't necessarily imply they're weak of heart or have a persecution complex

Getting it recognized as 15 lots was work my real estate agent got done by simply calling the the county and then emailing them for written confirmation of what they told him over the phone.  

. $13k is a hard pill to swallow but the sooner you can recognize what you did wrong and move on the quicker you can make some money.

I recognize that our son may not be able to master the higher intellect elements of real estate investing, but with the right team around him (hopefully my older son and others), he could have a meaningful place in a family business that empowers him and gives him opportunities to have meaningful material contributions to his own life.
