I can provide a lot of advice as I've done several LLCs for our companies and I'm right down the road in Tampa.

If the LLC is an operating business..... lets say providing roofing services with annual revenues that are consistent or even better increase year after year for 10 years, lines of credit or other lending options might be available that aren't available for a new business.

My property manager isn't providing information about if the housing authority will catch up her rent or what is going on.

Side note: we have improved some things around the house to provide forced appreciation.
