Other times you may want to keep the sale price the same but negotiate a seller credit so that the repair funds are still going to be coming out of your loan proceeds and not your capital.Also, if you promise ease of transaction as an investor pitch, having the seller put in egress windows is definitely not easy.Are you sure that the extra unit is even allowed with egress windows?

The promise you are probably going to sign at the closing table (I'm not your lender, obviously, so I can't actually guarantee what the paperwork will say) is probably going to have you promising to move in and establish it as your primary residence within 60 days, and then to owner occupy for one year from then.

The owner of the home where i live promised me first serve since we have such a good relationship and has know me since i was young but you always have to becareful thats why i joined and have been reading up so much to understand what im getting in to.
