Cozy is easy for them to use and it's free.At the free level I have (not even sure if there are premium levels), I will receive an e-mail when they have submitted the rent to cozy, then it takes a few business days to clear, which I don't mind.The set-up from the owners perspective is a little bit of a pain, especially if starting mid-lease.
