Hi everyone, not sure if this post should be in STR section vs BRRRR section but here we go..I recently got a BRRRR type of duplex property (3 br 2 bath in each unit) in Ft Lauderdale (Yayyyy!)

I'm not sure if I'm suppose to make a separate post for each topic.

Even if you do a cash out refi, you still need to pay off the initial loan, and then will not have enough money to pay all cash on the next and so on when prices are at a high premium.   

Once they are posted under the foreclosure portion on the county clerks website am I able to buy it from the owner before the auction date?

Hopefully what the seller listed is accurate.I ended up texting the until that was behind just after I posted this.

Real estate investing can be intimidating, but this community has posting/learning easy. 

Is there a way to just search the posts on STR forum only?
