This doesn't seem to be a popular opinion on this thread, but it seems like the selling agent messed up in this transaction as much as the seller.This community is unusually savvy regarding real estate laws and customs, so I'd approach this from what any of us should expect from a typical seller of a home.

I’m new to the BiggerPockets forums but have been listening to podcasts and watching videos for months now.

Record a video of your screen, showing them exactly what to do, and they will pull as many as you want!

I see a lot of videos claiming not to because it "restricts" you in some ways when it comes to investing.

I just happened to see a video somewhere of someone searching their COUNTY on the site and came up with over 500 results, then I searched my STATE and produced 20.

Ask the pm for a showing report and comments from the showings, ask for current pictures of the property, Have them take a video walkthrough of property and street.

Supercharging with leverage seems to be a very popular/favourable way to go.I recognize Dave Ramsey to be on the far end of the spectrum.Thanks for your input!
