Outside city limits it will be more of the county(Smith) you have to deal with. for the most part it is no limit but if you plan to have alot you would need a master design or an engineer draw out the plan for you for utilities, and septics, etc.

Hey @Mike B.Yeah this is a first time for me and I decided to go with the butcher block because it went with the overall design and was cost effective (only needed an standard 8' section).
