We do 95%+ through VRBO, so although Airbnb seems to be the term many use for vacation rentals, our success is has been on VRBO platform. 

Reach out on this platform, facebook groups, talk to Family& friends and let them know what you are looking for.Also how many people are you connected with who are in real estate?

The problem comes about in finding a good agent not just someone who spent more marketing dollars on whichever platform someone decides to search for an agent on.  

If you can find facebook groups dedicated to real estate deal making/off market deals for the area your property is in, you can also try listing it there and note your price is flexible.
