Hi all, I have been trying to find the requirements for the physical storage of gold and silver in a solo401k.

(I live in California) Now I’m trying to overcome this by reading specific things to help me like Brandon Turner’s book “The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down” and by trying to build my intellectual and social capital since I don’t have a lot of physical capital.

As for lending -- it's totally going to be dependent on not only the people looking to borrow money (typically lenders will base their decisions off of ALL borrowers, and typically the rates and terms will be based on the weakest link), AND the property in-question. where is it physically located?

I don't completely understand the implications/disadvantages for creating an LLC in another state from where you list your "physical address".

Drive for dollars - you can do this using google or physically driving your target market for properties of interest.
