Interest rates are so low, as is cost, if home doesn't sell, I can put long term loan on it and add it to my inventory as a second strategy.The rents as a second exit strategy (when market turns again) make no sense in CA.I look at ALL of the above as a package deal.I'm still not interested in a comparably priced rehab in CA for the above reasons.
