Find a locally grown; pastured raised; organically certified; Lawyer... seriously find the best in the field; in your areas and become his or her office wife, husband.... you're flowers better hit the desk before her husbands!

So I recently spoke with someone from an organization that will remain nameless, and was basically told that if I didn't have at least $2,000 to start out with for investing, then I will never get any deals.

Community bulletin boards, usually in your local Chamber of Commerce or in some local groceries and community organizations.

I have looked into some systems, after reading 4 hour work week and LL on auto-pilot or PM software but I am not sure how Much time they save as opposed to just being more structured/organized.

The property is owned by a religious organization, we think they started the process of condo-izing and then stopped short. 

The program is very practical (completing pro formas, completing an actual market analysis, etc), so it isn't too dissimilar from on the job training except it is organized and very dense.

In my local area there is an organization called Peaceprints of WNY and I'm very impressed with their work.
