If you have a business plan and you're doing this full time it might be worth another look. so...Investor Carrot = Get it if you're serious about having a web presence and dominating google rankings to get organic and PPC leads that convert like no other.Realeflow (or other CRM) = newb cannon fodder, but if you're experienced or following a biz plan / system it would probably be worth it.

Depending on who gets in the hot tub, can drastically change the water quality.  1 person that has been out hiking through the park, sun tan lotion on etc that jumps in a hot tub, can leave enough organic matter that will use up the chemicals as perhaps a couple that uses it every night for 5 days, but they jump in clean and aren't doing the wild thing.
