State schools are fine.CRI is leaning toward sales, CCIM to management, the best thing is to probably network with those in the industry (not here so much, most here aren't in corporate) and ask what is expected in upper management.

BiggerPockets is second to none for content, community, and networking.

Many seminars have a lot to offer and can be excellent learning experiences as well as an excellent opportunity to network.

From what I have been exposed to so far, on this site, I am excited to start networking and surrounding myself with advice and knowledge from educated peers and finding my way in this market.I hope to hear from you all soon.

I am looking forward to meeting/networking with many of you in the Austin area in the near future.
