I'm going to hold off getting anyone else signed up until this service actually works as expected.They are doing a good job of telling me what exactly happened, however it would have been nice of them to tell me they were stealing Tenant C's money to make up for the mistake they made with Tenant B's money then shorted me $20 on top of everything.

A common mistake. 

Just do one to start and see how it goes, make your mistakes, learn your lessons, then do another.

I've done a few things right and made a few mistakes along the way too.  

I want to fix my past teenage mistakes and better my score.

It took my dad and I 8 months to rehab 2 apartments.( my first mistake that I will talk about later).

BIG MISTAKE.  

However after listening to many hours of intelligent people on BP i think i made a mistake. maybe i should have leveraged my money better. :( .

I understand that finding a market is partly trial and error however, I am seeking help to avoid the majority of mistakes.

Most importantly I want to learn from your mistakes in real estate and avoid them.I started an LLC with my partner in November.
