your thoughtsthese are standard clauses in commercial debt obligations with a lender.. and for that reason many borrowers do not keep large deposits were they bank.. the bank can literally one day come in and clean your accounts out if they deem you in default.. garnishment would take a court action. your getting closer...I would round up the cash ... maybe get a money partner .

You need a local real estate lawyer to help you deal with this mess(literally).You need to be sure of what your rights and their tenants rights are before you make a move against them.
