Walking in the front door will allow you to really gauge the company and staff.  

I was impressed by the staff and the product.

Nothing specific in regards to harassing and abusing on-site staff and contractors at this point. 

Consider that there are full teams of staff that specialize in a specific area of the property management business.

My PM is hit and miss with asking for approvals....or rather they ask, but then they do it anyhow even though I reply quickly if I have questions/concerns (owner is great, but staff are hit and miss).If the cost was reasonable, I'd pay it, but in no uncertain terms tell them that this is not to happen again.

Now sometimes it would take a day or two for a return phone call but otherwsie emails were fast and their staff friendly and knowledgable, I havent had any problems so far *fingers crossed*.

Eudaly's staff was pretty belligerent and hostile on the phone they made it clear landlords were the problem and we are the enemy, and they have a solution before they even understand the problem.  

I've been investing since 1997, I worked in title a decade before I opened my own title insurance and escrow company, I personally trained my staff including examiners, developed continuing education courses for real estate agents blah blah blah, Let's say I could toot my own horn.
