Then find a job that I can work so we don’t start burning through our cash, and with the remaining cash we have, start to acquire a couple rental properties and maybe try to do 1-2 house flips a year.

The day after closing on the home I quit my job and got into mortgages (my lender was also a friend from high school and made the process so incredibly simple).

Managing an STR a very hands-on 24/7 job if properly managed with a decent occupancy rate.

Any suggestions on specific banks that may be more apt to work with me in achieving this?

Toby does a great job selling the firm and giving away free advice on Tax Tuesdays but after that I read on Yelp some reviews of not so stellar service, you get pawned off to a unlicensed employee and have to keep following up, reiterating your questions, and nobody cares.
