As a recent graduate underwriters do look at your job history differently.

Getting them all checked and providing the municipals the evidence the valves are working all at once will save time and possibly money.This same process can be applied to other activities that need to be on a consistent schedule. 

If the vast majority can't handle it, and their average age is 20 years older than you, the odds of you making it are extremely slim.I hope you educate yourself on the job and the costs and that it works out for you.

All my contractors I've used for years and years so I can just schedule them and they go and do the work and send me a bill.
