If an HOA has a lien against a property and gets a judgment, and then attempts to foreclose based on that lien, is it really possible to bid on that lien and take title to the property, assuming there are no prior judgments and that there is not a foreclosure in the works?

Your option over a period of time can be cause for a lender to exercise the due on sale, as to the end byer paying it off at the end, really no issue, the loan is to be paid off at settlement, the lender won't be involved except in giving a payoff and settlement instructions to accomplish the payoff.

We operate on a postmark rule, where we call the payment good if it was postmarked one day prior to the due date, unless the due date was a weekend or holiday, and then it is postmarked the following business day.So- our payment is due the 5th, which is maybe a Monday.
