I'm working with a couple institutional clients, and I was just asked to help them find a lot of homes in Texas (specifically the Dallas Fort Worth area)Anyone have any wholesalers they can connect me to?

You say there is no cost but as an example if I sell a property for 1m, it all goes to the dealer and I receive a loan from a financial institution for 950,000.  

Other than trying to find the right small local community bank or commercial institution, do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

Local education institutions have invested heavily in Cyber Security to help propel SA to achieve its new moniker "Cyber City USA" on top of already being known as "Military City USA". 

You'll also likely have to open more than one credit card as quite a few institutions won't offer credit limits that high.

I have met with many different financial institutions. 

That had been my preferred method but some institutions, such as credit unions, don’t appear to utilize it and others have limits on transactions as well.
