If there are a lot of S8 buildings in an area, it'll never be nice. 

I have two units in two different buildings.

Sure, some wealth is created by saving taxes... but building wealth is priority #1.

You are going to be very bored when you retire young so start building your REI portfolio so you can travel and visit your properties and continue to build your portfolio and future wealth through passive income.

I would also recommend building relationships with investors and RE Agents.

I was thinking of selling, then buying a property to build on, while investing else where, but Im just wanting to get opinions from what other people think of the situation and how it compares to the whole market entirely.

To keep things simple let's value the building on a 1% basis.

Again, that's my opinion, but then layer in the fact that builders are building at a pace that is far less than necessary to keep up with new families and homes.

Have you looked at new build incentives and renting by the room?
