Clearly most wholesalers do not have the ability to close so if they cant find a buyer, they leave the seller hanging which is in part what has most of us up in arms.

There are lenders out there that will do 6month seasoning I'm doing one now.. that only leaves 2 deals a year unless you have alot of cash hanging around.

Now I’m not saying don’t go into real estate also, but take the low hanging fruit of employer matching contributions and then start working on real estate... there’s even books on how to do it with low or no money down by @Brandon Turner so it isn’t like contributing to your 401k is going to not allow you to do real estate.
