Also, unless you have a large amount of money to invest in multiple properties all at once or do a 1031 exchange, it would be unusual to handle more than 3 deals simultaneously.

We did ok with one and very well with the other two.From what I remember, there were some things that came up during DD but we were able to handle these with little issue.
