This is the fancy academic me 5 years ago right before graduating from UC Berkeley, not the me that you will speak with if you call today who is just a little more rough around the edges after seeing one too many chickens attack one too many appraisers kill a deal (why is my niche "properties with appraiser-attacking chickens" again?

I agree with @Jason DillardI graduated college with over 50k in college debt with a worthless degree that I never used.

My broker said that there are 2 roommates whom recently graduated college, recently found jobs, and have cash in the bank.

A little bit about me - I graduated summa cum laude in 2020 from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics, and minors in Mathematics and Food Systems.

I am a 1994 graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance.

We graduated and got basic jobs.

My partner and I are a "house divided" as he graduated from the University of Georgia, but we stand united on our journey to learn what we need to and to act when appropriate to achieve our goals of financial security/independence for ourselves and our family through real estate investment.

I just graduated college, stared working in real estate, and joined Bigger Pockets so I admire you starting out so early. 

My wife graduated may of 2020 and started working as a nurse in July.

I just graduated college this past month and will be moving down to Charlotte from Boston.
