You are paying a good chunk of compensation to your agent, and this should be their wheelhouse.

It's an eyesore for guests staying at my property and makes the neighborhood not look good.

They have made it clear to me that they refer to me because they are comfortable/confident that I will take good care of the client which reflects better back on them, keeping their reputation strong and earning them real estate referrals from the client if they end up happy with the whole experience (which is much more valuable to them than a few hundred bucks from me). 

@Alberto Solis, while I can't speak to any specific DST operator, I have a fairly good familiarity with them.

It's a higher end STR that attracts good clientele.

We've come to realize that the Boston market is too tough and the numbers don't make sense (to even house hack), so just recently, we decided to hone in on Plymouth, MA... with the idea that it could be a good tertiary market to do furnished rentals (thinking short-term/AirBnB in the summer, and mid-term in the offseasons).

Let's just ignore the fundamentals of the real estate and/or negotiating a good basis in property we purchase and focus solely on how we can acquire real estate without any of our own money.

Use good automation - a PMS, and a good pricing software.

I mainly just want to know a good way to find investors who want to do something similar to what I want to do and have some funding in place.
