A skilled and trustworthy manager should be lightening your load in property ownership and all of the things they need to do should be possible with you there virtually or not at all.

A long term tenant would never expect their landlord to provide furniture, dish soap, or toilet paper, however, you can’t really do a vacation rental and not have a bed in the unit.

Virtually every 3/2 SFR or up in my county (Marin County) rents in this range, larger homes go for much more.

The seller hears virtually nothing from the realtor, because again, the realtor doesn’t care about a $2500 sale. 1 of 2 things usually happen. 1.Seller decides to drop the price aggressively because they are sick of waiting for a sale and they want to be done.

But, we all know, that anything we can do in person we can do virtually!

Do you have to have a large storage space for your business or do you keep a fairly large percentage of furniture/decor in use?
