Can anyone point me to where to find Rent growth data for specific MSA for last 5 to 5 years?

Trying to find true professionals.

I wish it was though since I worry about finding lenders with a mortgage already over my head.

I’ve done a lot of research and needed that confirmation to make sure what I was finding is true, as there is a lot to think about especially when you add the traveling aspect of it!

I'd like to get some more information since I cannot find many reviews online. 

Because we have historically been booked solid and have catered to mostly nurses I know we’re a good fit for others I just didn’t know how where to find quality non medical guests for this unit . 

I suggest contacting a few and having phone conversations with them to find the one that best fits your needs/situation. 

If you're confident that you'll be able to obtain a lower rate in 6-18 months as rates fall, opt for the smallest prepayment and points option that you can find.
