You can't feed that spiral or you'll never get the property.Owner carry may solve some attachment disorder that may be there but same issue as above - She'll be focused on the depreciation recapture up front (reasonable or not).

Because any fannie mae or freddie mac or fha underwriter is going to hit your calculated income with double that deduction on the assumption that in addition to feeding someone else as a legitimate business expense (or buying someone else a lap dance, whatever), which is what the write-off is for, you're also feeding yourself as well at the same meeting.

During that time, there have been multiple major fires, some with death, one started by a child, others just caused extensive property damage, including one that was started by a campfire that was lit in the livingroom for some "home cooking"; four cars have crashed into buildings, including one that entered the second floor from the street above, and ended up in the first floor; one murder scene; two suicide scenes; half a dozen death by natural cause...some fresh, some very much not; a horrible cat person that actually left the house to live in a second home a half block away, since there were around 27 cats IN the first house that she would feed every day.

Below is a post I made to FB that will likely never see the light of the inter webs if they are watching their FB feed better than their infusion soft mailings :)))I just don’t want to see others spend money with this smart guy for “deal access” when in reality there are other avenues to invest Without the now $50k+ price tag, which in my experience was not worth it.

Your data feed from sitex isnt going to be nearly as extensive from a coverage point of view however in the main states it should be fairly simular.Cores Lis pens,NOD, TS, and REO data is by far better and their reach is huge, however their data cost for that feed ran me $500,000 annually and that was a couple years ago.
