When I assign the Head Cleaner role to someone I noticed they have access to the Property tab which then gives them access to a whole bunch of stuff that I really don't want them messing with, like pricing and channel editing.

I would rethink that approach, because it will come back and bite you - even if you tell them up front: if they are frustrated about it, they will channel their frustration into something else.That being said, 71 is not too bad, I just wonder about your general philosophy and the types of tenants you will attract with that.
