There's definitely a need for a PM rating website as Google and Yelp tend to be limited - plus Google reviews can easily be faked (I know of a PM company in my main market who writes their own fake reviews - it doesn't take a genius to know this as pretty much all of their reviews are from Google accounts that have 1-2 reviews written).I would love it if BP created a PM review section as it would be a great source for those interested in property management and the reviews would tend to be more legit.
