I'd like to make some rental friendly upgrades and upgrades In general to my 1910 home but don't know where to start. 

The new tenants, starting their lease on September 1, have asked to move their furniture in earlier.Can the current tenants request the keys back since their lease isn't over until August 31?

Investing in real estate is not really that passive especially starting out.

The contractor asked the neighbor to move his car before he started work.

When I first started BRRRR'ing my properties lenders would tell me "That's illegal"....it's not, they just didn't know anything about it.

It's starting over again.

I would never do it for someone starting out or does not have significant assets etc. 

This is definitely a great place to start and learn about real estate and investing.

The whole process will take 2 hours start to finish and I am not even interested in billing them for the time, time is more valuable to me than money, and I just dont want us to have to take the time.
