When I went to the admin hearing officer I explained what happened, why it happened and asked for dismissing the citation since the City employee told me I should put it out that day.The Admin Hearing Officer did not respond that day to my request but said he would send a response via email.  

Have these numbers in email, but didn't get any signed papers declaring the matter closed.

An example, I tell all my tenant to contact me via email first.

Most agents want to work with me then call/email me with MLS deals (which I tell them not to unless they have inside knowledge of a deal) I am aware of the deal 8 hours or 8 days before the agent is aware of the deal.

I could imagine a commercial level LVP could handle a few keg parties.

I can tell you that with the bigger pockets calculators  "other income" doesn't factor into the equation when calculating property management fees based on a percentage of monthly income, and I would imagine this would be the standard in the property management world.
