Other risk aspects, such as the proximity of a fire hydrant and the age of the building, also play a role.  

Their role is to point you to the right resources and to support you.

I think finding out what you want to do and what role you want to take will help.

If you find "deals" that the buyer themselves can find, you are useless to them.So again, don't be lazy and/or useless.Become the king of your mountain and dominate your space by being awesome... just like me, and maybe (MAYBE) Jay here!
