I even have to replace the sub floor because it was soaked with dog pee and rotted away.

I have some background in Paralegal work, so I know how to research properties, titles, liens etc..Ive done some bird dog work including driving for dollars but nothing really ever happened, the person I was finding the properties for would pay me $1 per lead, $5 for every person she would contact and $500 for closing ( which never happened). just need help on getting started and legitimate resources. thank you in advance for any info is welcomed.

The guy they hired to lease it in Huntsville put in a predatory tenant who paid 1 month rent (first month) while living there, brought in 3 rowdy dogs without permission and the house looked like a bomb hit it when they left.I'm going with Rocket City PM and crossing my fingers.

If a more mature affluent tenant is your target, then I think you know the answer.I love dogs, but they are floor killers.
