Otherwise, you should look for a PM to help you.But other piece of advice - some PMs are terrible and they can make you lose more money.

Matt,First let me say that I don't like the term "wholesaling", but the whole premise of entering into a purchase contract for a piece of property and then assigning the contract to another is legal as long as it is done correctly.
