I feel like I am making the right mental choices but its hard not to believe I am overthinking things.Has anyone else felt like they have analysis paralysis?

As for other strategies, you need to sit down and determine what your why is.

When the lease ends, the deposit is paid out to the current tenants on the lease and they determine how it's divided.Again, I have forms if you would like copies.

So on my 45 minute drive home from my W2 job I mentally started putting together a list of friends and family that I may be able to ask for help, or present it as an offer an opportunity to invest to raise the down payment.
